Design and implement data management policies and drive best practice standards for Master Data Management, and Operational Data, to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
Define the vision, and data change management roadmap in collaboration with business leaders and provide reports for data visualization and business intelligence that support decision making.
Identify data sources, classify data and develop data structure guidelines to Ensure Data Quality in how data is validated, recorded, transferred, organized, stored, and accessed.
Provide an IT Support interface for data management issues, which include process improvements to the organization's software (SAP, HITS, KOHA ...etc.), and develop actionable recommendations for hardware and/or software that support the data control environment.
Maintain data quality requirements and identifies data quality improvements and resolve data quality issues through the appropriate way for error detection, correction, which include performing regular data cleansing, de-duplication, merging and analysis.
Align with digital transformation stakeholders to verify and ensure data standards are fulfilled.
Coordinate with data operators, system admins, and information security, to ensure digital databases and archiving solutions are protected from losses, leakage, and security breaches.

Bachelor’s degree or higher relevant to information systems technology.
7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
Experience with ERP– SAP– CRM.
Experience with MDM tools (profiling, cleansing, fuzzy matching, merging, unification, etc.), and product hierarchy management.
Knowledge of electronic document management systems and data analysis.
Excellent math, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
