Job Description
- Prepare RFPs for various types of projects.
- Prepare Design Briefs for new projects.
- Review and analyze technical proposals received from consultants.
- Coordinate & Follow up works with Ext. Consultants.
- Review and assess technical input received from consultants.
- Prepare periodical progress reports for projects.
- Prepare and follow up Master Design Schedule for design projects.
- Coordinate works with the in-house team to maintain a coherent workflow and guarantee work compliance with the settled targets.
- Provide technical support for the Projects team when required to solve design issues
Job Requirements
- 12 - 15 years in the design department at least 5 years as a manager.
- Experience in Real estate is a must, specially with a developer
- Proven experience using CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
- Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
- Great computational and spatial ability
