Job Description
- Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing production processes to ensure efficient and timely production of steel sections and angles.
- Support in developing and implementing production schedules and workflows.
- Monitor production performance and help implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
- Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure products meet the required standards and specifications.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Analyze production data and contribute to the preparation of reports for senior management.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and assist in managing the production budget effectively.
- Stay updated with advancements in steel manufacturing technology and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or a related field Is A Must
- Experience in the steel industry is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in steel production, focusing on sections and angles.
- Understanding of production management principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement processes.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
