Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax & Audit analyst. The Tax & Audit Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to finance, accounting, auditing, and communication. They will analyze financial data, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The role will be based in 6th of October City, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Statutory Compliance: Manage compliance with Income Tax, Payroll, VAT, Social Insurance, and Withholding Tax.
- Transfer Pricing: Handle reporting to align with international and local regulations.
- Quarterly Audit: Conduct audits to ensure financial and operational integrity.
- SOX Compliance: Oversee compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act for financial reporting.
- Export Documentation & Refund: Manage export-related documentation and process refunds.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data and Statutory Compliance (Income Tax, Payroll, Stamp, VAT, SI, and WHT)
- Experience in finance, accounting, and auditing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Professional certification, such as CPA, is a plus.
Note:
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Prior experience in high-regulation sectors, like financial services, is highly valued.
