Job Description
- Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Ensuring the patients have all necessary paperwork for further testing.
- Responding to Patients concerns or complaints by recording these or referring the person to another team member.
- Maintain secure and confidential patient files in the computerized patient information
Job Requirements
- Gender: Male and female
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any other related field
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in laboratories, hospitals, or medical centers.
