Job Description

  • Developing and following up the plan to renew all required licenses and records throughout the year.
  • Planning and approving the needs of the administration departments, implementing the policies, and approving the budget of the department.
  • Overseeing the transportation plan to and from the company for all departments
  • Review, approve and follow up plans to secure the security and guard system Review and approve the hygiene plan and buffets and the extent of commitment to their tasks and follow up on the level of service provided.
  • Establishing and approving the transportation lines of the company’s employees and providing means of transportation for visitors and their hospitality upon request Contracting and following up the insurance companies for factories, exhibitions and cars at the best prices.
  • Review and approve of the archive plan to provide tools, publications and archive documents according to the needs of each department.

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience in administration especially in the manufacturing fields
