• Trace and assure company’s expenses are reflecting the real expenditure trends and budgets. 
• Gathering the stakeholders inputs during the BP exercise and assurance of its consistency with the company’s expenses trends and expansions. 
• Reviewing purchase requests to have a proactive gate on company’s expenditure before having any unfavorable hit on company’s financials. 
• Communicate monthly to Stakeholders actual vs. budget on all budget lines of their budgets with full tracers and audit trails if needed.
• Periodic analysis of expenses burn rates and Days of payables to assist treasury in managing cash out expectations. 
• Assistance with Treasury Operations and Analysis.
