Implement of Parts estimates.
Parts orders achievement and follow up.
Supervise the minimum stock quantities and backup orders.
Implement of orders reports.
Responsible for inventory management policies .
Monitor inventory levels, inventory movement and update all necessary data using computerized inventory systems
Plan and stock parts and t-equipment.
Review the daily records of shipments and invoices to see what products need to be replenished.
Monitor purchases orders, lead time control and follow-up, also ensuring closings on time.
Ensure that warehouse operations are smooth.
Monitor and approval of the goods returned from the market
Confer with other department’s management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities.
Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of inventory management operations.
Order stock/customer orders, receiving and following up with customers for delivery
