Job Description

  • Conduct needs assessments with managers and employees to identify training requirements and design training programs accordingly.
  • Develop and update training materials, including presentations, course materials, and training manuals, to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics, including soft skills, technical skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and technology setup.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and adult learning to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with external training providers, when necessary, to deliver specialized training programs.
  • Assist in the development and management of the training budget.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or a related role.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of current training and development trends, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Certification in training (e.g., CPTM, CPLP) is preferred but not required.
