Job Description
- Design Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Creative Leadership: Lead the design process for marketing initiatives including digital ads, print collateral, social media content, email campaigns, and website visuals.
- Brand Identity: Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual language across all channels, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
- Content Development: Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and presentations that communicate key marketing messages effectively.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and product teams to create cohesive visual content that enhances storytelling.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to translate data and ideas into creative and innovative visual solutions.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing various design work across different media and demonstrating your creative range and strategic thinking.
