Job Description
- Set target and create business plan for individual customers and Industry.
- Identify and prepare customer profile and connect contact prospective customers to promote logistical services.
- Identify advantages/strength of company products to create differentiation and positioning of product.
- Create loyalty and optimize the existing portfolio & promote the new commercial offers.
- Gather Sales Leads insight and align all the overseas MGH network & partner accordingly.
- Monitoring & facilitating shipments from cargo handover till completion of delivery
- Liaise with operation, CRM, network partners and business head to expedite the resolution of customer requirements, problems and complaints.
- Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales budget for own and team members
- Report to Management as per assigned schedule and maintain sales targets set by company.
- Participate in tender as required/deemed beneficial to company.
- Handle a team of Sales Associates and set targets effectively.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience at Shipping Agencies or Freight Forwarding with acquaintance to ultimate consignees & suppliers
- Ability to think strategically and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and leadership skills
- Team player, hard-working and goal-oriented
- Flexible to travel
- Specializing in Fast Fashion, Pharma, Automobile & Perishable Commodities.
- Good knowledge of importing partners/consignees in Egypt.
