Job Description

Our client, a global leader in the technology space, is currently recruiting for an seasoned Oracle HCM Absence and OTL specialist with experience of the following:

  1. Configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules to meet the organization's specific requirements.
  2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules.
  3. Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  4. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules.
  5. Conducting end-user training and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules.
  6. Developing and maintaining documentation related to Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules, including user guides, training materials, and system configurations.
  7. Participating in system upgrades and migrations to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to end-users.
  8. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to HR management and technology, and applying this knowledge to enhance the Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules, including configuration, customization, and technical support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Experience developing training materials and conducting end-user training sessions.
  • Knowledge of HR management best practices and trends, as well as experience working with HR-related data and processes.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.
