Job Description
- Supervision of Subordinates: Organize and supervise the activities and work of Project’s Stakeholders to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
- Budgets and Plans: Shares in preparing IT Sector and projects’ dedicated budgets and monitors expenditures versus the planned budget, so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet organization’s and department requirements, policies and standards.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and Presentations.

Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Previous experience in one of the following (managing and delivering Projects/ IT Quality Management Systems /Assets lifecycle management)
- Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level Agreement accomplishments.
- Basic Knowledge of IT Project Management frameworks and standards (ITIL, Service Desk tools, PMP, Prince2…etc)
