Job Description
- Set the monthly attendance plan.
- Set employees & departmental Shifts & working hours.
- Provide the top management with monthly reports (departmental cost) in detail.
- Categorize all employees as per Job family, department & sections.
- Create, solve, and organize all requirements and documentation regarding the labor office and social insurance.
- Ensure that all direct managers feed the HR dept. back with the result of the probation period before the 3 months end
- Responsible for all employees’ codification.
- Responsible for monthly records, and transactions for all employees.
- Responsible for calculating the monthly overtime.
- Calculate all monthly benefits & deductions.
- Responsible for all documents sent/received to/ from the social insurance/labor office.
- Calculate the resignation/terminations total amounts for all employees as per the internal policies.
- Assure application of the Hiring plan quarterly according to the Top Management needs for new hires & replacement plans.
- Monitor and record the probation period results for all staff
- Assure collaboration with the cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage all hiring required documents and forms.
- Communicate with the labor office & social insurance; through legal affairs.
- Manage all employees’ inquiries regarding the monthly salaries.
- Apply and ensure the internal auditing requirements for all workflow steps.
- Handling The medical insurance file.
- Responsible for digitalizing all employees’ transactions.
- Apply the salary scale to all hired employees.
- Set the hiring date after the recruitment team & personnel confirmations.
- Review all employee-required documents in the hiring and firing process. Reviewing all job offers for the accepted candidates
- Responsible for handover/firing process legal & financial aspects.
- Update the internal police with all governmental changes (legal-wise) .
Job Requirements
- Business administration or any relative field of study
- Experience in a similar role, familiarity with HRIS, proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities. A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is also desirable.
