About the Role:
As our HR & OD Manager, you will be a key strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing HR and OD strategies that align with our business objectives. You will lead all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and performance management to compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and organizational development initiatives. Critically, you will play a vital role in driving and managing change effectively, ensuring our organization is agile and adaptable in a rapidly evolving market.

- Shape our Talent: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Build our employer brand and position Mohamed Fahmy Cars as an employer of choice.
- Fuel Performance: Design and implement a robust performance management system that empowers employees and drives results.
- Reward & Recognize: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our team.
- Cultivate a Positive Culture: Foster a positive and productive work environment, address employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Lead Change: Spearhead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption. Empower employees to embrace change.

- Drive Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and create a culture of recognition and appreciation.
Strategic HR Leadership: Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan by providing expert insights and recommendations on HR and OD matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in HR and OD (out of which 5 years as HRM), with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and organizational development principles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 1
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
