Job Description
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
- Responsible for AP & AR.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Accounting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and Pivot tables.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Additional certification (IFRS or CMA) is a plus.
- ERP Systems Experience: Oddo.
