Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our remote team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our CRM and ERP system. This position is ideal for a designer who excels in creating intuitive, user-centered designs for complex applications. You will collaborate closely with our frontend and backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and bring value to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to delivery, creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for our CRM/ERP system.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and apply findings to improve usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design language, ensuring visual consistency and intuitive navigation across all application features.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to implement and refine designs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent.
- Create design assets, style guides, and design documentation to support the development team and maintain design integrity.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing, team feedback, and analytics.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing complex application design, ideally in CRM, ERP, or enterprise software.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience with prototyping tools and workflows, including creating interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach to creating pixel-perfect designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with frontend development principles (Vue.js or similar frameworks) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience in conducting and analyzing user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
