Job Description
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities on the assigned production line to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment and machinery.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and identify bottlenecks in the production line.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Train and mentor production line staff on best practices, safety guidelines, and efficient use of equipment.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Art, or a related field.
- Experience from (0-1) Years.
- Basic understanding of textile manufacturing processes, including spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, and quality control.
- Basic knowledge of programming and automation systems used in textile manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze production data and propose process improvements.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operators, technicians, and supervisors.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to achieving production targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
