Project Description
- Our Client from BCM area is implementing Temenos Infinity Loan Origination System to offer their loan products to its customers. DXC/Luxoft is hired to provide end to end testing services to ensure the quality of product delivered by implementation partner.
- To understand the functional scope and new business requirements of the engagement
- To raise clarifications (if any) upon understanding the requirement documents
- Actively participate in requirement clarification calls ad related other discussions
- To create test design for the module allocated by covering all possible positive and negative scenarios without missing any new requirements
- To draft Traceability matrix along with the test design document to match it with the requirements given
- To provide test design walkthrough to the business users
- To enhance the test design based on business users review comments
- To follow up and obtain sign off from business users on the test design
- Enable the Automation team to identify the automation scope from the functional test design pack
- Upload the identified test pack to Test management tool for reporting and monitor purposes
- Perform Smoke and Sanity testing on the environment and report any discrepancy accordingly
- Perform SIT, UAT & Regression testing as per the program timeline and ensure to maintain the program agreed productivity
- Report quality functional defects in all testing rounds and effectively track them towards fixing & closure
- Effectively participate in daily defect triage calls and represent defects raised by the tester
- During the testing rounds, prioritize between new test cases execution and long pending defects retesting
- Effectively tag all failed test cases in all defects
- Effectively capture screenshots as testing evidence on all test execution
- To avoid defects closing with Clarification, Reject or Duplicate as defect Injection category
- To ensure to raise 95% of quality defects
- To report internally on the daily execution and defect data as requested by the lead / test manager
- To voice out the challenges at the right time and in the right forum
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years to 5 Years of relevant experience in Functional Testing or Quality Assurance in Banking Secto
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of domain experience in LOS, Non Trade Assets or any other banking operations.
- Must have:Manual Testing, Test case preparation, test execution, test results documentation, Defect Management, Test closure, client communication, client management
- Nice to have:Infinity LOS, Transact T24, Loan Origination domain experience. Any process workflow systems like BPM.
