The mission of TLC is to improve the health and well-being of NDIS participants, help them connect with the local community, and engage in various learning opportunities. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, TLC offers guidance, planning, and support to empower participants to understand and utilize NDIS Plan funding for their benefit
Job Requirements
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, with a caring and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with carers and patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the needs of carers and patients.
• Passion for supporting and advocating for patients and their families.
• Rotational Shifts: The role requires flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts to accommodate international customer needs.
