Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
To create high-quality 3D assets, environments, models, and CGI animations for video and media production. The CGI Artist will collaborate closely with directors, designers, animators, and editors to bring creative visions to life.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret creative briefs and deliver accurate CGI visualizations
- Model, texture, light, and render high-quality 3D assets and environments
- Integrate CGI elements into live-action footage (tracking, compositing support)
- Create Naked Eye 3D videos as part of the deliverable requirements
- Collaborate with the animation and VFX teams for scene optimization
- Continuously learn new software and techniques to improve quality and speed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Advanced experience with Blender or any other professional 3D software
- Strong knowledge of V-Ray, Redshift, Arnold, or Octane renderers
- Experience with ZBrush or similar for sculpting and detailing
- Good understanding of UV mapping, texturing, and shading
- Ability to optimize models and scenes for rendering efficiency
- Understanding of camera tracking and match moving (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
