Job Summary:
As a Junior Business development, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting team in generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on all Egypt, where you will leverage your knowledge of the local market to identify and pursue business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Utilize your knowledge of Egypt areas to generate leads and identify potential clients with an interest in our services.
Conduct research, network, and leverage social media platforms to identify and engage with potential customers.
Attending special events and industry functions to expand your network and generate new business leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on new offerings, promotions, and events.
Sales Presentations and Materials:
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting our event spaces, dining and catering services, and facility amenities.
Develop additional sales materials, such as brochures and proposals, to support the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
Customize sales presentations and materials based on the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Revenue Maximization:
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to create exceptional guest experiences.
Collaborate with the business development team to develop strategies for increasing sales and achieving revenue targets.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services competitively.
Sales Team Support:
Assist the team by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Provide administrative support, such as filing important documents and preparing reports for management.
Payment Management:
Follow up on payments to ensure timely submission of invoices and adherence to payment terms.
Coordinate with the finance department to resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or hotels and tourism degree(preferred).
Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotels and travel agencies.
Excellent to Fluent English level.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven track record of sales success
Car is a must.
Knowledge of all Egypt area, including familiarity with local businesses and potential clients.
Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
