- Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases
- Handle confidential information and data
- Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information
- Establish entry priorities.
- Update, manage, and organize internal files and documents like handbooks, operations manuals, and reports.
- Maintain customer accounts.
- Scan and organize documents for filing purposes.
- Process and update sales invoices.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Registering Students’ names regarding Pearson BTEC Qualifications on the Edexcel Online Learning “EOL” System.
- Forming a Portfolio for each student containing his assignments and achievements.
- Receiving Assignments of Pearson BTEC units from the unit team leader and reviewing it according to Standards.
- Delivering the assignments samples to the internal verifiers according to IV’s Matrix.
- Recording students’ assignment results on the units’ tracking sheets.
- Recording students’ final assignment results on The EOL system.
- Perform general office duties like filing documents, answering phones, and ordering supplies.
