Job Description

  • Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases
  • Handle confidential information and data
  • Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Establish entry priorities.
  • Update, manage, and organize internal files and documents like handbooks, operations manuals, and reports.
  • Maintain customer accounts.
  • Scan and organize documents for filing purposes.
  • Process and update sales invoices.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors.
  • Registering Students’ names regarding Pearson BTEC Qualifications on the Edexcel Online Learning “EOL” System.
  • Forming a Portfolio for each student containing his assignments and achievements. 
  • Receiving Assignments of Pearson BTEC units from the unit team leader and reviewing it according to Standards. 
  • Delivering the assignments samples to the internal verifiers according to IV’s Matrix.
  • Recording students’ assignment results on the units’ tracking sheets.
  • Recording students’ final assignment results on The EOL system.
  • Perform general office duties like filing documents, answering phones, and ordering supplies.

Keeping The students’ assignments in the places designated for them. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Very good English level of spoken and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
