• Tendering Manager Vacancy is required to Ozirion Company which works in Construction industry & One of Nahdet Misr Group .

•    Participate in developing strategies to target and win new business.
•    Maintain relationship with current and targeted clients and industry key players to ensure inclusion on tender lists.
•    Research and monitor industry activity and ensure acquisition of tendering opportunities.
•    Manage the pre-qualification preparation, approval and communication. And register with targeted clients.
•    Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tendering function to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization. Facilitate the bid-no-bid process.
•    Effective liaison, support and assistance between tender process department and rest of organization.
•    Ensure bid proposals adhere to finance and legal guidelines along with other policies of the organization.
•    Studies and evaluates tender documents technically & identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinates with management for the overall risk assessment.
•    Inquiries, consults and coordinates with client & consultant representatives for specification/ technical and BOQ clarifications required for tenders and proposals and attends pre-tender meetings.
•    Reviews and finalizes project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities (BOQ).
•    Liaises with the procurement department to negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
•    Estimate direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
•    Provides all the necessary clarifications/information to PM; advises on contractual rights & taken consideration during tendering. Keep liaison with PM during execution for support and lessons learned.
•    Weekly reporting tenders’ status. Monthly reporting tenders win/lose with reasons and analysis.
•    Prepares lessons learned documents at the end of each project and whenever required.
