About the Job

Coordinate with all departments to create detailed time schedules
Follow up projects’ progress and produce regular updates & Look ahead report for all departments
Create cash flow reports and monitor invoice sequence in details
Keep track of cash flow changes regularly and prepare recovery plans in case of severe changes
Prepare revised and recovery schedule of needed
Prepare E.O.T Reports if needed
Internal meetings with company staff to discuss progress and implement modifications, if any.
Occasional external meetings with clients

Job Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Primavera
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Multitasking skills & Flexibility
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
Mechanical Engineer / Water Treatment Background is a privilege
5+ Years’ Experience
