Job Description
- Monitor and analyze food ,beverage
- Review and post the F& B – Services PO
- Develop and implement cost control procedures specific to restaurants operations
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to evaluate supplier pricing and payment and negotiate cost saving opportunities
- Prepare and present cost reports to management
- Audit the stores and following the monthly spot-check for the restaurants
- Analysis the variance between actual cost and theoretical cost and address any issue
- Knowledge in the recipe system and establish portion control standers and ensure accurate menu pricing
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control processes
- Assisting in budgeting and forecast processes
- participate in audits and provide necessary documentations and explanations
- Familiarity with Egyptian financial tax laws
Job Requirements
- Excellent analytical and communication skills both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting , finance
- Minimum of (2:4) years of experience preferably in the resultants or hospitality industry
- Proficient in accounting software ( such as Dynamics or other ) and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team.
