Job Summary

This role bridges the gap between Brand Management and Digital teams, driving traffic, leads, and conversions across multiple channels for all our brands. You'll develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, create engaging content, and analyze performance to optimize results.

Job Scope/ Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions across various channels (e.g., website, social media, email, search).
  • Support digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and online advertisements.
  • Develop and manage content calendars: Plan, prioritize, and schedule content creation and publication across diverse digital channels for multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Digital to create and curate engaging content: Craft compelling written, visual, and multimedia content aligned with brand guidelines and audience preferences. Identify and source high-quality content from external contributors.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Collaborate closely with the Brand Management team to understand brand voice, messaging, and visual identity. Implement these into all content creation.
  • Stay ahead of the digital curve: Keep up-to-date with emerging digital trends and best practices. Recommend and implement tools and strategies to optimize content performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, refine messaging, and optimize marketing tactics.
  • Manage workflows and projects: Work collaboratively with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient content delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and departments, including brand, design, Entrepreneurship Center, DMZ Cairo, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with objectives.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating innovative strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
  • Lead and mentor student interns supporting the digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, testing new strategies, tools, and techniques to optimize digital marketing performance and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly reports summarizing social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and other key digital marketing metrics, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
  •  Collaborate with both Brand and Digital to seamlessly integrate and organize online & offline marketing efforts

 

Job Requirements
