Job Description
- Provided the first tier of support and troubleshooting.
- Dealing with incoming issues day to day in a professional manner over the Ticketing system, Email & phone calls.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems in all OS Systems (Windows, Android), Computer Applications, Tablets, Multifunction Printers, Camera, VOIP IP Phones, and Networks.
- Solid knowledge of remote applications (TeamViewer, Any Desk, etc.).
Job Requirements
- CS graduate or a relevant degree.
- Clear military status.
- 0 to 6 months experience.
- Good at English.
- Preferably 10th of Ramadan residents or nearby areas.
