Job Description
- Advise, develop, review, negotiate all contractual dealing with e& Global’ national and international customers, partner, regulator to ensure e& Global best interest.
- Represent the legal department in all tendering process and review the tendering documents and pre-contracts documents.
- Recommend and make continuous improvements to the Corporate’s overall governance framework.
- Engage in complex, significant matters/projects that cut across legal and related areas in addition to reviewing/drafting/amending all documents related to the same.
- Deal with external parties (regulators, external counsel) as assigned and when required; Keep abreast of legislative changes.
- Visit the competent authorities for documentation, follow up and keeping the record of the same.
Job Requirements
- Holding a bachelor's degree in law.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (reading, writing and oral)
- having 4 - 6 years of experience.
- Experience in Telecom Companies Experience is a Plus
