Job Description
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Quality to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
- Manage and directs R&D programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products.
- Leads end-to-end product development program, product renovation, and cost reduction projects in the assigned product categories. Initiates, manages, and develops concept prototypes
- Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into and out of company.
- Collaborate with ingredient suppliers on new designs, ingredient improvements, and cost optimizations for R&D driven product categories.
- Supports other R&D teams in innovation, process & product improvement projects. Guides team members in the assigned product categories.
- Collaborate with production teams and cross-functional team members on new product and process development.
- Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
- Ensuring manufacturing processes, from receiving, producing and until expediting the raw materials, packaging material, semi-finished and the finished goods are in lines with all company quality standards.
- Understanding customer expectations and needs from a products and engaging with customers and gathering product feedback.
- Designing product specifications and developing quality Process
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes and improving production efficiency and managing waste
- Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into and out of company.
- Monitor team Performance and objectives to ensure meeting of company goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree In Science Chemistry major .
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred
- Experience from 10 to15 years relevant experience in Quality & R&D including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities .
- Detergents Background is mandatory.
