- Supervising and contributing to developing tools and devices (H/W or S/W), to facilitate product testing or investigation.
- Testing and technical reports analysis, putting test priorities, and solving test plan conflicts.
- Provide ongoing project status updates with all parties throughout design and Execution.
- Established the structure design and procurement of the contractor to build the Lab’s facilities.
- Define and implement new mechanical features and functional design.
- Review all Governmental Legislation standards and environmental affairs Issues, and aid in controlling the banned materials to comply with the latest standard (CE, SASO, Energy Label, RoHS, REACH, and WEE).
- Periodic update of product technical specifications for local and overseas standards.
- Assist in defining the business needs issues and risks concerning products development strategy
- Ensure the compliance of the products to be according to local and global standards.
- Work closely with the PD, Tech managers, and factory to decide the new product/process that will be studied for validation.
- Create new ideas, increase work accuracy, and reduce errors using tools to improve work performance.
- Apply design tools using (CAD, PFMEA, DFMEA, Risk analysis, etc.) when needed.
- Manage teams responsible for the areas of, combustion, Thermodynamics, and Reliability tests for products and components, Energy tests, Hydraulic & pneumatic tests, Certifications & test reports acquiring
- Aid in designing, creating, and validating new (mechanical /Electrical) components/systems taking care of their design and development (technical specification, functionality, reliability, safety, …).
- Provide deliverables for development projects according to CPs and facilitate/coordinate DVT-MVT as per project requirements.
- Analysis of technical solutions with suppliers, product care, and other involved functions.
- Support the PC team in cost and quality improvement and the Technology team in new ideas.
- Provide and lead the development of new component designs relevant to water heaters' performance and the specs of the material with testing and certifications.
- Providing technical support to the after-sale service team in analyzing the defective components/products received from customers and providing the technical analysis reports and direction for improvement.
- Responsible for creating the annual budget for projects, department activities, and labs, the hiring process for the department team, and annual team evaluation, with continuous coaching.
- Provide new ideas in brainstorming meetings for product development, process improvement, and quality improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 15 – 20 years of experience in R&D for Home appliances products.
- Solid experience in Global Market.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the home appliances industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to act in a fast-passed and collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer preferences in the home appliances sector.
