About the role

As a Training and Development Specialist you will be responsible for conducting training for new/existing shops on the relevant processes, protocols and SOPs. Additionally, you will play a key role in improving the partners’ performance through creative learning techniques, interactions, and methodologies. You will be in constant synchronization with the Operations department and the Hardware department to identify training needs, execute his/her training plan and administer training sessions with utmost priority.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Identifying and assessing the training needs of the shops and preparing monthly or weekly training schedules
  • Training shops on company policies, operating procedures, and customer service protocols prioritizing the areas that require improvement
  • Tracking improvement and progress expected after the training and reporting key findings and suggestions to the operations team
  • Maintaining the database of all trained shops employees
  • Devising and exploring alternative solutions for training challenges faced in shops, ensuring daily KPIs are met
  • Identifying progressive tools and technology enablers to improve operating procedures ensuring that all technical solutions in the shop, such as tablets and desktops, work properly
  • Maintaining constant communication with shop management to ensure shop performance is reported in a timely manner
  • Displaying proactivity in keeping up to date with the latest procedural updates and fixes

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Business Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience.
  • Experienced with training and coaching the blue-collar staff (e.g., riders, pickers, etc.), preferably with an e-commerce or q-commerce experience and background.
  • Strong communication and representation skills.
  • Time flexibility and ability to work on shifts.
