Job Description
- Sell myfawry taqseet to corporate deals and individual customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Responsible for myfawry taqseet activation from submission to collecting required documents & channeling to Credit Underwriting Team.
- Provide customer with all product features during onboarding process.
- Conduct diversified market scan to understand myfawry taqseet proposition within the market (Strengths & Weakness points) to be able to convince the customer during selling process.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Officer, or a similar position in the Sales department
- Complete knowledge of various sales techniques and developments in the sales industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
