Job Description

  • Sell myfawry taqseet to corporate deals and individual customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Responsible for myfawry taqseet activation from submission to collecting required documents & channeling to Credit Underwriting Team.
  • Provide customer with all product features during onboarding process.
  • Conduct diversified market scan to understand myfawry taqseet proposition within the market (Strengths & Weakness points) to be able to convince the customer during selling process.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Officer, or a similar position in the Sales department 
  • Complete knowledge of various sales techniques and developments in the sales industry 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good time management and organizational skills 
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
