Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and support them to achieve their targets.
- Evaluate his/her assigned team performance and support his team to achieve their targets.
- Supports all sales executives in meetings and monitors their handling of clients.
- Covers his sales executives in case of the inability of any of them to handle a client.
- Provides direct coaching and training to the sales executives.
- Reports to sales director weekly for the top management to always be updated.
- Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommends necessary changes and price increases.
- Drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Negotiate with customers to finalize unsealed deals.
- Keep updated with New Projects & Resale.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Follow up daily tasks, provide the solution for critical issues.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of Real Estate sales experience
- Presentable
- Must own a car
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track of successful sales record
- High energy level to lead and drive change within the sales organization.
