Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice), you will be responsible for assisting customers through chat, email, and other text-based communication channels. Your role is to address customer inquiries, provide solutions to their problems, and ensure a positive customer experience without the use of voice calls.

Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree holders
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in chat/email support, technical support, or related fields is a plus.
  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Ability to type quickly and accurately (usually 35–50 words per minute or more).
  • Excellent Written Communication: Strong grammar, spelling, and clarity in responses.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
