Responsibilities
Planning the division of each entrusted area to ensure its service, directly or indirectly
Choosing the appropriate supervisor and representative for the region to achieve the goals
Correct guidance to the supervisor and delegate to achieve goals and training on all job tasks
Careful monitoring and follow-up of the supervisor and the representative in the implementation of all pricing policies, discounts and customer service on a regular basis, and following up on this implementation on a regular basis
Submitting reports to the sales manager on how to operate the competition in terms of prices and operating method
Submit proposals to increase the percentage of cash against credit, increase the number of shops in the region and the number of dealing customers, and propose discount programs for customers
Make the annual target and divide it into months and regions
Control over the administrative expenses of the branch
Forecasting for sale items is made 15 days before the month, compared to the annual forecast for production
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration preferred
Work in all areas of sales (retail - modern trade)
Experience of not less than 10 years
Experience in the plastics field is preferred
