Job Description
- Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Prepare effective technical and financial proposals along with delivering detailed corporate presentations to prospect clients Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
- Carry out (and update) registrations on digital platforms for prospect and existing clients.
- Inform Account Managers on identified business opportunities.
- Develop good customer relationship via personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
- Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.
- Coordinate with Business Development Manager in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.
- Conduct marketing campaigns, trade shows, job fair etc. in order to increase company’s recognition and exposure.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in similar position.
- Sufficient awareness of technical skills in either structural, architectural or urban planning disciplines.
- Ability to develop and make presentations for existing and prospective customers, in a professional manner.
- Must be technically literate and capable to effectively negotiate drawings and design alternatives with clients.
- Sufficient past experience in architectural design, urban planning and construction supervision.
- Must possess excellent management, as well as organizational skills.
- Fluent in English language (both written and spoken).
- Must possess effective communication and writing skills, in both Arabic and English languages.
- Must have the ability to recognize opportunities and manage budgets effectively.
- Ability to multi-task: He/she must be able to complete several tasks together and meet up with deadlines.
- Ability to engage in new service research for the company.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to be self-motivated.
- Possession of a B.Sc. (relevant graduate degrees from reputable entities are always an added value) in civil and architecture Engineering related fields.
