Job Description
Responsibilities:
Payroll Operations: Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll to employees.
Compliance: Stay abreast of Egyptian labor laws and regulations, ensuring all payroll processes align with legal requirements.
Management Development: Collaborate with project managers to allocate project-specific KPIs and bonus schemes, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
Reporting: Generate standard reports related to payroll, KPIs, and bonuses, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance payroll processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including finance, human resources, and project teams, to ensure seamless collaboration.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for payroll staff and project managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
