Job Description
- Prepares employment contracts, ensuring that all necessary details and legal requirements are included, and ensures that contracts are reviewed and signed by the appropriate parties.
- Supports with the off-boarding process by supporting resigned employees to finalize their clearance forms.
- Support by uploading the newly hired employees' data on the company’s system.
- Responsible for sending the Labor slips for new hires to the labor office within 30 days of the hiring dates.
- Responsible for creating employee files with a serial to track the employees file.
- Responsible for scanning the newly hired employees files and store them on a shared drive for the personnel Team.
- Responsible for archiving the scanned files as per the serial in the archiving room.
Job Requirements
- Good Excel experience (basic formulas and formatting experience)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters, materials and data with the utmost discretion, ensuring best HR practice
