Job Description
Main Role:
• Developing strategic plans to encourage business.
• Using analytics to create action plans that are based off data and statistics, and interpret results against targets.
• Create annual & quarter financial planning and budgeting.
• Works with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to support strategic business decisions.
• Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals.
• Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
• Build new Markets outside Egypt
• Negotiate new projects and contract terms with clients.
• Develop risk assessments and pricing structures for services to work toward commercial efforts.
• Acquire information about competition pricing strategies and build organization library for market quotations.

Market Share
Operating Profit Target Achievement Percentage.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Management Skills.
- At least 6 years of related experience
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Has well superior communication skills to execute complex sales transactions and to provide information and to clarity to any sales deals; or problem resolution situation.
- Experience in the Home Appliance industry field is preferred
