Job Description
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing the daily production operations.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure that production targets are met on time.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust them as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Supervise production staff, ensuring that they follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure that the glass products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Work closely with the quality control team to maintain product consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the glass manufacturing facility.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Track production metrics such as efficiency, waste, and downtime, and provide insights for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the glass industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate production teams
- Proficiency in production software and Microsoft Office tools.
