Job Statement:

Required Operations Supply Planner for Powerline industries who is needed to generate constrained production plan, material plan and inventory rationalization in consideration of the sales invoicing plan in order to improve service levels and optimize working capital.

Job Scope

• Assembles and analyses all data adjective to creating a constrained production plan uses detail capacity planning and links it to the requested revenue plan.
• Runs the Supply review process and facilitates meeting. 
• Obtains consensus from Engineering and Production Managers for sign off some alternatives and substitutes in work orders.
• Works with engineering to influence design decisions, procurement to better align supply and sourcing strategies, Project managers to influence demand shaping activities which help improve profit, customer service or reduce inventory.
• Identifies capacity constraints and recommends both short- and long-term solutions and mitigation plan to remove bottlenecks.   
• Determines impact of plan on expected inventory levels, including Sales in Excess, Monitors WIP, recommends WIP rationalization initiatives.
• Identifies key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implements initiatives to improve adherence to plans for the future
• Be Accountable for schedule adherence and supply plan attainment.
• Ensure planning bill of materials kept up-to-date and generates material plan based on constrained supply plan.
