Senior Product Demand & Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Demand & Delivery Manager to join Paymob. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of our products. will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of product development projects. Your strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of product delivery processes will be essential in driving efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our products.

  Job Accountabilities: 

• Oversee the portfolio of product development projects, including resource allocation, prioritization, and strategic planning. Ensure alignment with business objectives and effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Establish strong working relationships and communication channels to ensure alignment and address any project-related challenges.
• Continuously evaluate and improve product delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed. Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices for effective project execution.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies across projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Implement risk management frameworks and establish contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication between product managers, engineers, designers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional coordination, address dependencies, and ensure 
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance, productivity, and quality. Regularly report on project status, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices in product delivery. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, innovation, and optimization of product delivery processes.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and contractors as needed for specialized product delivery requirements. Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to quality and timeline expectations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the product delivery lifecycle. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to address privacy, security, and data protection requirements.
