Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Design Architect to join our team. The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in architectural & urban design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural design of projects starting from the preliminary concept to the full presentation of the design.
- Create building plans based on approved program.
- Create 3D shots (Exterior & Interior).
- Create Master Planning Layout design with studies.
Key Skills:
- Software proficiency (Revit / AutoCAD / 3D Max).
- Creativity in creating unique designs.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
