• Developing and designing products and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards.
• Conducting research and testing to check the feasibility and viability of the design ideas.
• Collaborating with other areas of the organization, such as manufacturing and quality control.
• Prepare technical drawings required for manufacturing.
• Prepare maintenance manuals.
• Design and follow up manufacturing of prototypes, required jigs and fixtures.
• Troubleshooting design-related issues and making necessary changes.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on the designs of other engineers.
• Can Estimate and define production/manufacturing process route.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and new technologies and implementing new designs.
• Follow up execution till delivery.
• Continuously work with draftsmen and technicians to improve their skills performance.
• Professional user of 3D modeling software (inventor is an advantage).
• Good awareness of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Good awareness of CAM software.

Good awareness of ERP systems (inventory, logistics and Manufacturing is an advantage).
