Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced event manager and marketer to lead our technology and SaaS sector events strategy. This key role will drive the planning and execution of events aimed at attracting direct customers, increasing brand awareness, and engaging the target audience. Demonstrated experience in event management within the technology and SaaS industries is essential. Marketing experience is desirable. Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of the development and execution of comprehensive event plans for webinars, industry conferences, workshops, virtual events, and company-hosted events (both online and potentially in-person).
2. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives and campaign goals.
3. Manage relationships with event-related vendors and partners.
Strategic Planning & Development:
1.Develop Marketing Strategies: Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business goals.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
3. Target Audience Identification: Define and analyze target audiences to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
4. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
5. Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
6. Goal Setting: Establish measurable marketing goals and objectives.
7. Develop Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and create engaging marketing campaigns across various channels (digital and traditional).
8. Content Creation: Produce compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, presentations, and more.
9. Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
10.Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, manage communities, and analyze performance.
11.Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, product updates, and promotions.
Qualifications:
•A strong portfolio showcasing successful management of various event formats (webinars, conferences, workshops, virtual events).
•Experience with event management software and platforms.
