Job Description
An interior design company located in New Cairo is hiring an Account Manager (Engineering Background is must) candidate will have experience in managing client accounts, understanding technical requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients.
Understand clients’ needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical support and consultation based on engineering knowledge.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and present regular updates and reports to clients.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience in [construction/finishing/interior design or related industry ].
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
