Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports applications to support business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing Oracle Forms applications to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and new features in Oracle Forms and Reports based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle databases and applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and system procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate Oracle Forms applications with other enterprise systems and third-party solutions as required.
- Support the deployment, testing, and migration of Oracle Forms applications across development, staging, and production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Forms and Reports development.
- Proven expertise in designing, coding, testing, and deploying Oracle Forms applications.
- Strong understanding of Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and relational database concepts.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Oracle Forms applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with version control systems and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
