1. Design and execute in-store displays to ensure products are presented attractively.
2. Review sales data and adjust displays based on product performance to drive more sales.
3. Supervise the team responsible for setting up in-store displays and ensure all standards are met.
4. Propose new ideas to enhance product displays and meet customer expectations.
5. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute displays in line with promotional campaigns.
6. Keep up with the latest trends in fashion and store design, adapting display strategies accordingly.
7. Plan and manage the visual merchandising budget efficiently.
Job Requirements
1. Prior experience in visual merchandising, interior design, or retail management ( minimum 3 years).
2. Ability to create interesting and innovative designs for product displays.
3. Ability to manage and direct a team towards achieving goals.
4. Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
5. Strong planning and organizational abilities to ensure timely and efficient execution of displays.
6. Ability to analyze data, such as sales reports, and adapt displays based on performance.
7. Effectively collaborate with other teams to ensure displays align with overall store strategies.
8. Familiarity with digital design tools like Photoshop
