Job Description
- We junior Need Hr Businesses Partner to join our team
- Support HR Business Partners in daily operations and HR initiatives
- Assist in recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews)
- Help manage employee relations and respond to basic HR queries
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
